DESCRIPTION:
On a recent trip to Amoeba, visiting their Holiday section, I stumbled upon a copy of "Charles Brown Sings Christmas Songs". For the fellow collectors, it is a clean second pressing, blue King label, and - most importantly - STEREO!

Launching up iTunes, and thumbing through the digital vault (sort by "Instrumental"), I got lucky. By the third instrumental, I found the match to Mr Brown's pseudo acapella. "Hold My Hand" by UNKLE (the instrumental, from the two-disc version of "War Stories").

For those who have not heard the original version of the Charles Brown classic (the re-recording is NOT good), YouTube user "refusedtobesilent" has uploaded a "video" (a still picture, with the original audio recording) of the classic original version of "Please Come Home For Christmas" over on YouTube.

The people who receive the CD version of this Holiday mashup don't have to bother. I put the original version of the song on the disc as well, since finding the original version of the song is a pain in the ass, let alone finding the STEREO version!
